Segasonicos is the consulting practice of Jorge Sega — a director-level enterprise applications specialist who has spent two decades inside the ERP, CRM and architecture decisions that quietly determine whether a business scales or stalls.
Background
From independent practice to director-level programmes across the globe.
Segasonicos was founded in 2016 as an independent consulting practice, delivering D365 carve-outs, NAV-to-AX rollouts, and licence rationalisation programmes across the Americas and Europe — for Microsoft Partners, manufacturing groups, and healthcare operators. The practice paused in 2018 to take a full-time role at Signode, leading ERP and data transformation across 30+ countries and four continents.
Years inside Signode, Garonz and Eigensonne — building enterprise application functions, standing up SOX-compliant governance, leading M&A carve-outs — became the working library Segasonicos draws on today. The practice relaunched in 2024 from Germany, now focused on director-level engagements: fractional CTO mandates, ERP programmes, and the architecture decisions that travel with a business for a decade.
The foundation was laid earlier at Lewis & Clark College (mathematics, cum laude, honors in physics) and in Venezuela (telematics master's, cryptography thesis honor) — a way of thinking that has run through every engagement since: rigorous, structured, and quietly suspicious of complexity for its own sake.
